Quality and batch records for GLP-1 raw material

One certificate per lot, a public library where you can open the records yourself, a purity table computed from those records rather than typed in, and one independent laboratory report quoted with its scope. This page is deliberately conservative: it states what the documents show and nothing more.

01

Published HPLC purity ranges, by compound

Computed at build time from the public records; the table cannot say more than the records do.

Read the table as a description of released lots, not as a specification. Two lots of the same compound at different points in the range both met the release criteria; the spread reflects normal lot-to-lot variation and, for the lipidated compounds, the sensitivity of area-percent to method conditions. Survodutide has no public record yet, and the table says so rather than showing a figure borrowed from another compound. Records are re-mirrored from the library when it changes, and the sync date is logged.

What the batch certificate reports

Two results, three dates, one alias; and the things it does not cover.

Reported

  • Chromatographic purity by reversed-phase HPLC: the main peak as a percentage of total integrated area.
  • Molecular-weight identity by electrospray mass spectrometry: the observed mass against the theoretical mass of the published formula.
  • Manufactured, tested and retest dates: when the lot was made, when it was tested, and when it should be re-examined.
  • Lot alias (for example PEP260819-RT20): printed on the certificate, the bulk container, the vial label and the carton.
  • Conclusion: whether the lot met its release criteria, and the research-use line.

Not covered by HPLC and MS alone

  • Net peptide content and fill weight: area-percent is not milligrams. The Janoshik example below shows content and purity as two separate results.
  • Water, counter-ion and residual solvent: reported where tested; ask on the RFQ if your method needs them.
  • Sterility, endotoxin or suitability for any use: not claimed for a research-use raw material.
  • Co-eluting isomers: HPLC can hide them and MS cannot see an isobaric one; the HPLC versus MS guide explains the blind spots.
Analytical balance check at the Pepti site
Balance: weighing is recorded against the lot before testing.
Operator loading a vial tray at the filling line
Tray loading: filled vials are checked and loaded in trays, lot by lot.

The public COA library on peptioem.com

Open the records yourself; this site only links and summarizes them.

Pepti publishes batch records as a self-service library at peptioem.com/coa: 76 entries across the Pepti catalogue as reviewed 2026-10-19, each with the compound, strength, lot alias, purity and identity results, dates, and a PDF presentation copy. The GLP-1-family records are linked from each compound page on this site, and the ranges above are computed from them.

Three rules govern how the library is used here. Public records are examples of the document format and the range of results; they are never presented as the certificate for a lot you have not yet been allocated. Historical or representative certificates are not passed off as current-lot documents. And the authoritative copy of any record is the one on peptioem.com; if this site and the library ever disagree, the library is right and this site is re-synced. The COA reading guide walks through one record field by field.

04

One independent report, quoted with its scope

Janoshik Analytical report #210105.

Janoshik Analytical report #210105 identifies peptioem.com as client and manufacturer for a Retatrutide 20 mg sample and reports 19.52 mg content and 99.837% purity. The report was analyzed on 2026-10-07 and can be verified at the laboratory's own site: verify.janoshik.com.

Scope. Sample-specific result for one submitted vial; it is not a claim about any other product or lot. It does not show a Pepti production-lot alias, it does not establish sterility or endotoxin, and it says nothing about semaglutide, tirzepatide, cagrilintide, mazdutide or survodutide. It is published here because it is the kind of evidence a buyer can check without trusting this site, and because it shows the content-versus-purity distinction on a real sample. Pepti will not describe it as more than that.

Independent testing routes for buyers

Two practical ways to get your own data.

Route A: test a received sample

Order 1 kit (10 vials), keep the certificate, send one vial to a laboratory of your choice for HPLC purity, MS identity and, if you need it, net content and water. Compare with the certificate and with the published range for the compound, allowing for method differences in area-percent. Ask Pepti for the release chromatogram and spectrum of your lot so the laboratory can match conditions.

Route B: designated laboratory for a production order

For a production-batch or OEM order, a buyer can name a laboratory and a test panel in advance, and a sealed sample from the allocated lot can be coordinated before the order is confirmed. Scope and cost of the panel are agreed on the RFQ. Confirmed quality issues on a Pepti lot are handled under Pepti's published quality policy on peptioem.com.

Boundary. Pepti does not present itself as a cGMP drug-substance (API) manufacturer or CDMO and does not publish a GMP certificate or DMF. For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Quality statements on this site describe research-use batch documents and are not claims of regulatory status, sterility, endotoxin control or suitability for any use.

Questions buyers ask

Are the purity ranges a specification?

No. They are the minimum and maximum HPLC main-peak results across the public records for each compound on the sync date. A specification is agreed per order; the shipped lot ships with its own certificate.

Will my lot be tested by Janoshik?

Not by default. Report #210105 is one sample-specific result. If your QA needs an independent result for your lot, use Route A (test a received vial from a 1 kit (10 vials) sample at a laboratory of your choice) or Route B (a designated laboratory for a production order), both described above.

Can I get the chromatogram and spectrum, not just the numbers?

Yes, for a buyer's own lot, on request. They let a receiving laboratory match method conditions before re-testing, which matters for lipidated peptides whose impurities elute close to the main peak.

What happens if my independent result disagrees with the certificate?

Send the lot alias, the chromatogram and the spectrum to Pepti. Method differences explain small shifts in area-percent; a material disagreement is reviewed against the retained sample for that lot and handled under the published quality policy on peptioem.com.

Does a certificate prove the material is suitable for a particular use?

No. For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. The certificate proves chromatographic purity and molecular-weight identity for the lot, nothing more.
