Questions buyers ask about GLP-1 raw material from Pepti

Grouped into ordering, lead time, documents, identity, compliance and company. Every answer uses the same figures as the rest of the site, and none of them changes by compound unless the compound page says so.

01

Ordering and minimums

What is the smallest first order?

1 kit (10 vials) of one compound and one strength for lyophilized vials, or raw powder from 5 g, shipped cold-chain. A sample order is filled from a released lot and ships with that lot's certificate, so you can test before deciding whether to scale.

What does "1 kit" mean?

1 kit = 10 vials, each vial filled with lyophilized powder from one lot at one strength. Kits are never mixed across lots or compounds; two compounds on one order are two kits with two certificates.

What is the minimum for private-label OEM?

50 kits (500 vials) per artwork, after the label, carton and insert proof is approved. Below that, orders ship with a neutral label carrying compound, strength, lot alias and the research-use line.

Can I order a strength that is not on the compound page?

Yes. The strengths listed are those with public batch records. A different fill from the same released lot is a filling change, quoted inside the production-batch window; the quote says whether released stock exists.

Can Pepti synthesize an analogue not listed here?

Yes, as a custom sequence from 100 kits (1,000 vials), typically about 15 days after specification and payment confirmation. Send the sequence and specification on the RFQ; feasibility is confirmed before any payment.

02

Lead time and dispatch

How long does an order take?

Typically 5–10 days for sample kits, 14–21 days for production batch, 21–28 days for oem repeat order, counted from specification and payment confirmation. Lead times are typical ranges, not commitments; the applicable window is confirmed on each RFQ. If released stock exists for a production-size request, the quote says so and the window shortens.

How is the material packed for shipping?

Sealed containers or crimped vials, an inner carton with the lot label, an insulated outer box with gel packs or dry ice by route and season, and the courier airway bill with the destination visible. Dispatch photographs by month and destination are on the order-photos page.

Can I see my own shipment before it leaves?

Yes. A packing photograph with the lot label and airway bill is sent on WhatsApp before courier collection on request. It is not published unless you agree.

Does Pepti advise on import rules at my destination?

No. Buyer eligibility, destination rules and intended use are reviewed before a quote becomes an order, but the rules at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. Pepti does not give import or customs procedure advice.

03

Documents and quality

Which documents come with a lot?

A certificate of analysis for the lot with reversed-phase HPLC purity, mass-spectrometry identity, the manufacture date, the test date and the retest date, carrying the lot alias printed on the container, vial label and carton. The chromatogram and spectrum are available for a buyer's lot on request.

Where can I see example certificates before ordering?

In the public COA library on peptioem.com/coa (76 entries as reviewed 2026-10-19). The GLP-1-family records are linked from each compound page here, and the quality page tabulates the published purity ranges.

Is the certificate for my lot the same as a public record?

No. Public records show the document format and the range of results across released lots. Your order ships with the certificate for the specific lot allocated to it; ask for the lot alias on the quote and compare it with the carton on arrival.

What does HPLC purity on the certificate not tell me?

Net peptide content, water, counter-ion, residual solvent, sterility, endotoxin, co-eluting isomers, or suitability for any use. The HPLC versus MS guide explains the blind spots and which extra assays cover them.

Has any Pepti material been tested independently?

Janoshik Analytical report #210105 on one Pepti Retatrutide 20 mg sample reports 19.52 mg content and 99.837% purity, analyzed 2026-10-07, verifiable at verify.janoshik.com. Sample-specific result for one submitted vial; it is not a claim about any other product or lot. Buyers can test a received vial from a 1 kit (10 vials) sample at a laboratory of their choice.

What if my own test disagrees with the certificate?

Send the lot alias, chromatogram and spectrum to Pepti. Small shifts in area-percent come from method differences, especially for lipidated peptides; a material disagreement is reviewed against the retained sample and handled under Pepti's published quality policy on peptioem.com.

04

Identity and chemistry

Where do the CAS numbers and molecular weights on this site come from?

CAS numbers are cross-checked against PubChem synonym lists and the molecular formula and weight are PubChem computed values for the free peptide, with the CID shown next to the figure. Semaglutide CAS 910463-68-2; Tirzepatide CAS 2023788-19-2; Retatrutide CAS 2381089-83-2; Cagrilintide CAS 1415456-99-3; Mazdutide CAS 2259884-03-0; Survodutide CAS 2805997-46-8. Retatrutide's CAS was not yet a PubChem synonym on the review date, which the retatrutide page explains.

Are the sequences public?

Yes. All six compounds have published INN sequences, and the formulas are on PubChem. Pepti does not claim any proprietary sequence; a buyer can compute the theoretical mass independently and compare it with the certificate.

Why does the molecular weight on a certificate differ slightly from the figure on this site?

This site quotes the PubChem computed value for the free peptide; a certificate reports the observed mass for a specific lot, which should fall within instrument tolerance of the theoretical value for the same formula. If a certificate does not reconcile with the formula, ask for the spectrum and method before accepting the lot.

In what salt form is the raw material supplied?

The salt or counter-ion form after purification is reported on the batch certificate where tested. If your analytical method depends on it, state the requirement on the RFQ so the quote and certificate address it.

05

Use and compliance boundary

What is the material intended for?

Research use by research organizations, laboratories and B2B buyers. For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. No instructions for use, no protocols and no medical information are provided.

Is Pepti a drug-substance manufacturer?

No. Pepti does not present itself as a cGMP drug-substance (API) manufacturer or CDMO and does not publish a GMP certificate or DMF. Buyers who need a drug-substance manufacturer with a filed master file should look elsewhere.

Does Pepti make claims about the regulatory status of these compounds?

No. The regulatory-status guide quotes primary sources (FDA pages and Federal Register notices) with verification dates so buyers can read them directly; it draws no conclusions on the buyer's behalf.

Does Pepti sell to individuals?

No. Supply is limited to research organizations, laboratories and B2B buyers, and buyer eligibility is reviewed before a quote becomes an order.

06

Company and contact

Who is behind PeptiGLP1?

Pepti, a peptide manufacturer at No. 18 Zhenliangyuan 2nd Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. PeptiGLP1 is Pepti's GLP-1 raw-material site; the full catalogue and the public COA library are on peptioem.com. See about.

How do I contact Pepti?

On WhatsApp through the Pepti-RFQ button on any page (the account is Pepti Supply, answered by Mike), or by email at contact@peptioem.com. The contact page lists what to include in an RFQ.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Because a quote depends on compound, format, strength, quantity, destination and documentation needs, and because a price on a page is the easiest thing for a clone site to copy. Unit pricing is given on the RFQ reply together with the lot certificate and the lead-time window.

How are payment details shared?

Only on the written quotation or order confirmation, after the compound, format, quantity, destination and intended use have been reviewed. Payment details are never sent inside a chat before that review; treat any message that does so as not from Pepti.
